Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information. Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support and resources when necessary. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and discuss any concerns. Requirements A bachelor's degree in English or a related field. Qualified teacher status or equivalent certification. Previous experience teaching English to primary/secondary students. Strong knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum and assessment requirements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
