Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to create a stimulating learning environment. Assess student progress, provide regular feedback, and devise strategies for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular initiatives and enhance students' learning experience. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in school events, professional development programs, and staff meetings as required. Requirements Proven experience as a French/Spanish teacher in a secondary school setting. Extensive knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to deliver creative and engaging lessons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads. The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational advancements. Eligibility to work in the UK and relevant teaching qualifications (QTS, PGCE, etc.).
