We are looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our team and support compliance and operations functions. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, facilitating commercial contracts. You will also be involved in requesting and verifying KYC information and documentation, performing risk assessment and screening on clients, and monitoring client activities for unusual transactions.Start: As soon as possibleYour Profile: You have experience in dealing with legal matters and administration. You are an excellent relationship builder, requiring a high degree of sensibility, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all internal and external stakeholders. You are resourceful, thorough, and work with an analytical approach. You are assertive and have the ability to complete tasks without direct supervision. You have the ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have a proven advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent proficiency in other Microsoft Office modules and Adobe Acrobat. You are fluent in English. Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred. RequirementsYour responsibilities: Organize and maintain documents including clients’ files. Prepare briefs, contracts and other legal documents. Responsible of general corporate housekeeping matters. Handle administrative tasks, legal research and files management. Procure digital and physical signatures on documents. Request KYC information and documentation from clients. Follow AML/KYC processes and policies. Perform screening on clients against sanctions, Politically Exposed Person’s list etc. Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures. Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties. Have a thorough understanding of client’s business and related parties to monitor client’s activities for unusual transactions. Participate in specific projects which may rise from time to time.
